Supervision of Children

All carers must maintain full supervision of their children while visiting Little Tots Play Village. Our staff support a safe and happy environment but are not responsible for overseeing children's behaviour.

Bookings, Changes & Refunds

Every child must have a confirmed booking to access our play areas. Admission covers one child for a 90-minute session.

Confirmed bookings receive an email with a reference number as proof of purchase.

Priority entry is given to pre-booked guests. Walk-in admission cannot be guaranteed without a booking.

An 'adult' refers to a parent or guardian aged 18 or over accompanying children.

Online ticket purchases are non-refundable. Transfers are permitted with at least 24 hours' notice before the session start time. Transfers must be rebooked within six months following our policy.

Entry fees may be updated periodically; booking platforms will reflect current prices.

Session Timings & Closures

Little Tots Play Village runs 90-minute sessions daily except Mondays.

Session times may vary; please verify availability before booking.

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your session begins. Play is only permitted during the booked time.

Late arrivals will have their session end as scheduled without extension.

We reserve the right to close all or parts of the venue if safety concerns arise.

Entry Guidelines

Little Tots Play Village requires shoe removal for all visitors.

We welcome children up to approximately eight years old, encouraging imaginative play throughout.

Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (18+) at all times.

Damages caused intentionally by children or adults must be compensated.

Staff may request removal of anyone disregarding our rules or causing disruptions.

Behaviours such as bullying, aggressive conduct, or inappropriate language are not tolerated and will result in immediate removal without refund.

To prevent illness spread, unwell visitors should not attend for at least 48 hours. Refunds are subject to our policy; transfers demand 24 hours' notice.

Visitors showing symptoms during a visit will be kindly asked to leave.

Outside food and drink are prohibited unless explicitly authorised by management.

Consumption of food and beverages is only allowed in the designated café area. Bringing your own food is not permitted.

Little Tots Play Village is a smoke-free area, including e-cigarettes.

Only assistance animals are allowed on the premises; pets are otherwise prohibited.

Photography, Cameras & Mobile Devices

Respect for other guests' privacy is essential. Photos may be taken only of your own children for personal use.

Images must not be shared without explicit permission beyond private viewing.

We only publish photos with prior written consent from parents or guardians.

Safety & Security

CCTV cameras operate inside and outside Little Tots Play Village to protect guests and property.

Purposes include:

• Safeguarding the venue during and outside opening hours.
• Deterring crime and disruptive behaviour.
• Supporting law enforcement when needed.

Video surveillance is conducted discreetly and respects reasonable privacy expectations.
